Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven cybersecurity solutions to protect enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and generative AI models (GenAI, LLMs, AI agents).
- Conduct penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and threat modeling for AI-powered applications and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices into AI/ML pipelines, ensuring compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Monitor, detect, and respond to AI-specific cyber threats, including adversarial attacks on machine learning models and data poisoning attempts.
- Develop and maintain AI security frameworks for Copilot technologies, ensuring robust defenses against prompt injection, model inversion, and other emerging risks.
- Lead incident response efforts for AI-related security breaches, including forensic analysis and remediation strategies.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching cutting-edge AI security trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance our defensive capabilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the cybersecurity and AI teams.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on AI/ML security, cloud security, or ethical hacking.
- Proven expertise in securing AI models, including LLMs, generative AI, and AI agents (e.g., Copilot, autonomous agents).
- Hands-on experience with penetration testing, red teaming, or adversarial machine learning.
- Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Java, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Deep understanding of cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise cybersecurity architectures.
- Familiarity with AI security tools (e.g., IBM Adversarial Robustness Toolbox, Microsoft Counterfit, or custom solutions).
- Certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, CEH, or AWS/Azure Security Specialty are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
