Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Build and optimize conversational AI systems (chatbots, virtual assistants) using NLP and machine learning frameworks.
- Create client-ready prototypes and proofs of concept to demonstrate AI capabilities and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and align solutions with business objectives.
- Conduct data analysis and model training to ensure high accuracy and performance of AI applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends (e.g., LLMs, generative AI) and evaluate their potential for client projects.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and best practices for AI deployment and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an AI Developer, ML Engineer, or AI Consultant with a portfolio of deployed projects.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with NLP, conversational AI (e.g., Rasa, Dialogflow), and automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bali on a day-shift schedule (Philippine/SEA time zones).
