Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-based applications and solutions to address complex business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
- Optimize AI algorithms for performance, scalability, and accuracy in real-world applications.
- Conduct research and experimentation with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.
- Develop and maintain APIs and microservices to enable seamless AI functionality across platforms.
- Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune AI models to ensure high reliability and efficiency.
- Document technical processes, architectures, and best practices for AI implementation.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years specializing in AI/ML applications.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and NLP.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
