Responsibility
- Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) with a focus on integration and scalability.
- Ensure seamless interoperability between Microsoft 365 and other cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or on-premises systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to identity management, authentication, and data migration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business requirements and deliver tailored cloud solutions.
- Implement security best practices, compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001), and data protection measures.
- Automate workflows and optimize system performance using PowerShell, Power Automate, or other scripting tools.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in integrating and managing Microsoft 365 solutions in enterprise environments.
- Microsoft Certified (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in cloud-to-on-premises integration, hybrid environments, and API-based connectivity.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and Conditional Access policies.
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
