Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and optimize high-performance digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and programmatic networks.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other attribution models to drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and A/B testing strategies that enhance conversion rates.
- Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, and CTR.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the curve in performance marketing.
- Lead cross-functional projects with sales, content, and design teams to align advertising strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
- Expertise in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and attribution modeling is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
