Responsibility
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with a data-driven approach.
- Develop and execute creative, high-impact content strategies, including graphics, videos, and copywriting.
- Collaborate with influencers, brands, and local partners to co-create offline events and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media analytics and KPIs to optimize performance and report insights to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, sales, PR) to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget management and A/B testing.
- Engage with online communities, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive brand image.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content (posts, reels, stories) and campaign results.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to fast-changing priorities.
- Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, or basic graphic design is advantageous.
- Passion for storytelling, trends, and building online communities.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or surrounding areas).
