Responsibility
- Oversee and streamline administrative operations to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct financial and operational audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare and analyze management reports, budgets, and financial statements to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and administrative best practices.
- Develop and maintain documentation systems for records, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of audit findings and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative systems and workflows.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on administrative and audit-related procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, audit analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a government or military setting.
- Strong knowledge of financial and operational audit principles, including risk assessment and internal controls.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to prepare clear and concise reports.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- Familiarity with government regulations, compliance standards, and administrative policies.
- Certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are a plus.
