Responsibility
- Oversee daily office administration, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate logistics for office supplies, equipment, and services to support business needs.
- Provide receptionist coverage, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and handling inquiries.
- Facilitate recruitment coordination, including scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Lead employee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated into the team.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Maintain office records, documentation, and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration or a related role.
- Proven experience in managing office facilities, vendors, and logistics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment coordination and employee onboarding is a plus.
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
