Responsibility
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow and office efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are met with high standards.
- Develop and maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and documentation with accuracy and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between management, employees, and external stakeholders to facilitate clear and effective communication.
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts, negotiating terms and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Implement and improve administrative processes, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding, record-keeping, and coordination of company events or meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
