In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the growth of semiconductor operations by providing high-level administrative support, optimizing office workflows, and ensuring seamless departmental coordination. Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the department.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications between engineering, operations, and support teams.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases in compliance with company standards.
- Oversee scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination for senior management.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for operational performance reviews.
- Monitor office inventory and procurement processes to ensure supply chain continuity.
- Assist in the implementation of new administrative processes and workplace optimization initiatives.
- Handle confidential information with high levels of discretion and professional integrity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office support role, ideally within a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP software systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across various levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a demanding, high-tech environment with shifting priorities.
- Prior experience in the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing sector is highly advantageous.
