Responsibility
- Lead the design, installation, and commissioning of ACMV systems for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
- Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs to ensure compliance with local and international standards (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA).
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver high-quality systems on schedule.
- Conduct site inspections and performance testing to validate system efficiency, safety, and compliance.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to integrate ACMV solutions into broader building designs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-installation, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Implement sustainable and energy-efficient practices to reduce environmental impact and operational costs.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., PE, LEED) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ACMV systems, with a focus on construction project management.
- Proven track record in designing and executing large-scale HVAC projects from concept to handover.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC simulation software (e.g., Carrier HAP, Trace 700).
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards in Indonesia.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and sustainable design principles is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
