Responsibility
- Oversee the full cycle of accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal departments to verify and approve invoices for payment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in accounts payable operations.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective vendor and team collaboration.
- Experience in a multinational or global organization is a plus.
