In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, preparing management accounts, and delivering insightful financial reports to drive business decisions. Responsibility
- Prepare and manage full-set accounting including general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes in compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) operations, including invoicing, collections, and aging reports.
- Generate management reports with actionable insights for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting in coordination with external auditors.
- Implement and improve financial controls and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-set accounting, management reporting, and budgeting.
- Proven expertise in FMCG or manufacturing industry accounting is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards and local tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
