Responsibility
- Oversee full-set accounting functions, including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (e.g., PPN, PPh) and international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Manage payroll processing and statutory reporting (BPJS, income tax) for employees in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with the CEO and leadership team to provide financial insights and risk assessments.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities as required.
- Streamline accounting processes using ERP/QuickBooks/Xero or similar tools for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full-set accounting, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Proven expertise in Indonesian tax compliance and financial reporting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in payroll management and statutory filings for Indonesian entities.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, digital marketing, or tech industries is advantageous.
