Responsibility
- Manage and execute daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with fiscal obligations.
- Streamline accounting processes through the adoption of best practices and automation tools.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial operations, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, GAAP, and IFRS standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural environment is advantageous.
