Responsibility
- Manage and reconcile franchise financial transactions, including sales, expenses, and payroll.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for franchise locations.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Collaborate with franchise managers to monitor budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Process invoices, payments, and intercompany transactions accurately and on time.
- Assist in audits by providing documentation and clarifying financial discrepancies.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc reporting and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or similar certification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in retail, franchise, or FMCG sectors.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax laws in Indonesia.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
