Responsibility
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP/IFRS.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure seamless audit processes and compliance.
- Implement and improve financial controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for business optimization.
- Manage tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and withholding tax, in collaboration with tax advisors.
- Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and international financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international business environment is advantageous.
