Responsibility
- Manage and oversee multiple sets of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Execute day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience working in a multinational company or real estate industry is advantageous.
