Responsibility
- Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage and reconcile payroll data, including deductions, bonuses, and allowances.
- Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and compensation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to maintain accurate employee records and payroll information.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of payroll software and systems.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, tax regulations, and payroll best practices.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
