Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and financial statements.
- Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with local and international standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support strategic financial planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Support tax preparation and filing processes, working closely with external auditors and tax advisors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
