Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll and tax filings.
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Provide financial support and guidance to other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus.
