Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journal entries, and reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations by preparing and filing tax returns accurately and on time.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning and analysis.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Conduct internal audits to verify the accuracy of financial data and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants during audits and tax assessments.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to optimize financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the engineering or construction industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
