Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor cash flow projections, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations for business improvements.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, including VAT, corporate tax, and other statutory compliance requirements.
- Manage and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment is highly desirable.
