Responsibility
- Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions for Singapore entities.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to maintain accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in month-end closing activities.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with Singaporean financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis as needed.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in AP/AR or general accounting (senior roles require more experience).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Singaporean financial regulations and tax compliance.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a multinational or cross-border accounting role is a plus.
