Responsibility
- Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic business planning.
- Liaise with tax authorities and ensure timely submission of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the logistics or related industry is a plus.
