Responsibility
- Manage full-set accounts independently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Oversee essential fiscal functions, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus.
