Responsibility
- Conduct thorough audits of truck trip revenue records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies and investigate variances in revenue reports.
- Collaborate with logistics and finance teams to verify trip documentation and billing accuracy.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
- Monitor and analyze revenue trends to identify potential risks or opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit procedures for trucking operations.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance revenue tracking efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit, accounting, or financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of audit principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
