Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and sustainable growth.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Oversee tax planning and ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to enhance performance and productivity.
- Drive cost-control initiatives and identify opportunities for financial improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and tax laws.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
