Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll, tax filings, and statutory submissions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize financial processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
- Conduct financial analysis, variance reporting, and forecasting to support strategic business decisions.
- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and smooth audit processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless financial transactions.
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on best practices in financial management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (SAK) and tax regulations.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and thrive in a remote work environment.
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
