Responsibility
- Oversee and manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations, preparing and filing tax returns accurately and on time.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards, implementing necessary adjustments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in senior accounting, tax, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting.
- Experience in a multinational or dynamic business environment is preferred.
