Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Process and verify invoices, expenses, and payments to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and journal entries.
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and databases with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure adherence to local tax regulations.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to support business decision-making.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks related to accounting and finance as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations and compliance is a plus.
- Prior internship or practical experience in accounting is advantageous but not required.
