Responsibility
- Oversee and ensure compliance with all local and national tax regulations for F&B operations.
- Prepare and file accurate tax returns, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other applicable taxes.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance and minimize liabilities.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and tax documentation.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify potential tax risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate their impact to management.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on tax-related matters and best practices.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and consultants to resolve tax-related issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, particularly as they apply to the F&B industry.
- Experience with tax software and financial management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
