Responsibility
- Manage and oversee daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records in compliance with local regulations and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS).
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to maintain financial integrity.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to facilitate smooth audits and tax filings.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial risks.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3â5 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, with at least 2 years in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment is highly desirable.
