Responsibility
- Verify and audit financial figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and proper coding.
- Organize, secure, and maintain all financial files and records in compliance with company policies.
- Identify and rectify discrepancies in financial data to ensure integrity and accuracy.
- Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or income audit roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of local and international financial regulations is a plus.
- Certification such as CPA or ACCA is advantageous.
