Responsibility
- Process and verify external vendor invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Manage intercompany transactions and ensure timely reconciliation with global entities.
- Coordinate customer refund processes, ensuring adherence to financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams to streamline payment processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly reports on accounts payable activities.
- Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
