Responsibility

  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in compliance with company policies.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.
  • Assist in audits by compiling necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable, resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely payments.
  • Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
