Responsibility
- Manage and process accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Perform regular reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and submit financial reports, including aging reports, cash flow statements, and expense summaries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and financial statement preparations.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in AR/AP or general accounting roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
