Responsibility
- Manage and process accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Review and validate financial documents, including invoices, expense reports, and payment requests.
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Maintain updated records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial queries and provide support for audits.
- Prepare and submit financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Assist in the implementation of financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance administration, accounts payable, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel (advanced functions preferred).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural setting.
- Certification in accounting (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus but not required.
