Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, coordinating with external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
- Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in accounting and financial management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is an advantage.
