Responsibility
- Manage and record daily financial transactions accurately.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of financial records.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and clinic policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursements.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide insights.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
