Responsibility
- Provide high-quality client support to Australian accounting firms, ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
- Manage ATO and ASIC compliance tasks, including lodgments, registrations, and reporting.
- Coordinate practice administration duties, such as client onboarding, document management, and workflow optimization.
- Liaise between clients, accountants, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth communication and issue resolution.
- Prepare and review financial documents, ensuring adherence to Australian accounting standards and deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in all client interactions and record-keeping.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) to process transactions, generate reports, and track client data.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and implement best practices for client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in client services, accounting, or administrative support, preferably in an Australian context.
