Responsibility
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage corporate documentation, including contracts, licenses, and regulatory filings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review, highlighting financial and operational insights.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, corporate administration, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial and administrative tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Indonesian corporate regulations and compliance is a plus.
