Responsibility
- Lead and execute audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and firm methodologies.
- Supervise and mentor junior audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process.
- Prepare and review financial statements, audit reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Identify and assess risks, recommending improvements to internal controls and processes.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of audit projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license or equivalent professional certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in auditing, preferably in a public accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
