Responsibility
- Oversee full-spectrum financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and month-end closings.
- Manage payroll processing, tax compliance, and statutory reporting in accordance with Indonesian regulations.
- Coordinate HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and performance management.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts for management review and decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Optimize office workflows, vendor relationships, and procurement processes.
- Provide strategic support to senior management on financial and operational matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, HR, and administration, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, labor regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with remote/hybrid work environments and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello).
