Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international regulations.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial data processing.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities by providing financial insights and variance analysis.
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed.
- Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in a contract or temporary role is a plus.
