Responsibility
- Develop and maintain costing models to support pricing strategies and financial planning.
- Analyze production costs, including materials, labor, and overhead, to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to ensure accurate cost estimates and budget adherence.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for management review.
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Provide training and support to team members on costing methodologies and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Costing Executive or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or service industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
