Responsibility
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the finance team in analyzing financial data, trends, and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify fintech industry trends and opportunities.
- Help maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial ratios.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for fintech, digital finance, or financial innovation is highly desirable.
- Prior internship or project experience in finance, accounting, or a related field is a bonus.
