Responsibility
- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term growth objectives in the hospitality sector.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards.
- Lead cost control initiatives to optimize profitability without compromising service quality.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and treasury functions to support operational and expansion needs.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for market fluctuations and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial goals with operational performance (e.g., F&B, housekeeping, reservations).
- Ensure tax compliance and liaise with external auditors, legal teams, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive data-driven decision-making through advanced financial modeling and KPI analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3 years in hospitality or real estate.
- Proven track record in financial planning, P&L management, and multi-property oversight.
- Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and hospitality-specific software (e.g., Opera PMS).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian or Filipino is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a hands-on approach.
- Knowledge of Indonesian/Philippine tax regulations and international financial standards.
