Are you a detail-oriented finance professional looking to take full ownership of accounting and tax operations? We are seeking a Senior Accounting and Tax Staff to join our growing team in Kabupaten Bandung. In this pivotal role, you will act as the backbone of our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic reporting efficiency.
As an expert in financial workflows, you will leverage Odoo ERP to streamline our daily accounting processes, manage complex tax obligations, and provide leadership with clear, actionable financial insights. If you possess a sharp eye for financial data, deep knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations (PPh/VAT), and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end daily accounting operations and general ledger maintenance.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including accurate calculation and reporting of VAT (PPN) and Withholding Tax (PPh 21/23/25/26).
- Utilize Odoo ERP to manage journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable workflows.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and internal financial records to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Coordinate with external auditors or tax offices during regular audits and reporting cycles.
- Maintain fixed assets and inventory tracking via the ERP system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on corporate taxation.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred; experience with other major accounting software is a plus.
- In-depth understanding of Indonesian tax laws (KUP, PPh, PPN) and electronic filing systems (e-Faktur, e-Bupot).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Possession of Brevet A & B certification is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity, analytical thinking, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work on-site in Kabupaten Bandung, Jawa Barat.
