Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the full spectrum of accounting operations for the semiconductor Fab, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international financial regulations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that support the growth and operational efficiency of the semiconductor facility.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to provide actionable insights for senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax compliance, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other statutory filings in Indonesia.
- Lead internal and external audits, liaising with auditors to resolve any financial discrepancies and improve internal controls.
- Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and systems to enhance operational efficiency and mitigate financial risks.
- Provide financial guidance and support to department heads, helping them make informed decisions aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Proven experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech industry is a strong advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards (IFRS/SAK).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
